Chef Marco Boscaini
Prego, our Italian culinary sanctuary, attributes
its phenomenal success to Chef Marco, a culinary
prodigy who began his career at the young age
of seven. He inherited his grandmother’s love
of cooking and an early and unwavering devotion
to pasta making.
Chef Marco Giannoni
Chef Marco, raised in his family’s restaurant
on Elba Island, Tuscany, developed a deep
passion for Italian cuisine from a young age.
After refining his skills in various Tuscan restaurants and cooking on luxury yachts
for VIPs across Europe, he fell in love with Thailand and eventually settled in Phuket.
Chef Giampiero
Chef Piero was born on Sicily,
a Mediterranean island with a strong
identity and influences from Spain,
France, and North Africa.
Since childhood, he has loved cooking
and helped his mother and grandma
with everything. He transformed his life
following an accident in 2011, selling
his insurance business stock and
investing in Alma, The International
School of Italian Culinary Arts

Our Fan
After attending several restaurants in Pattaya beach area we finally discovered Prego Pattaya One could not rate more highly, a 12 month old restaurant, spotlessly clean and well airconditioned, especially in the hottest month of the year Large varieties of meals of every description, good variety of wines and cocktails We had 3 mixed courses all of which were delicious and served by wonderful friendly staff. We had a great view of the beach and front row seats for the passing of the endless water festival for Thai New Year Of All the restaurants we visited in the area, Prego topped our list of favourites Many thanks to management and staff for a great night Highly recommend for Italian dishes or seafood, although, there are many other delicacies to choose from

Thank you for your fantastic service Pla,Benz and Irina. Your friendliness and service was outstanding! I stayed at The Amari Hotel and had lunch and dinner at Prego. The food was delicious! Will see you all again when I am back in Bangkok.

Living in Thailand for over ten years we holiday in Samui regularly and make it a must to have dinner at Prego Samui at the Amari hotel every visit. Never been disappointed! We have travelled through Italy, dinned in some of the best Italian restaurants in Bangkok and Asia and I have to say Prego Samui is in the top 5 if not higher. This time we had a burrata starter, lamb shank special, Gnocchi and a pizza before finishing the meal with a Tiramisu. All dishes were amazing, service was great too. The hotel definitely puts effort and attention to detail in this restaurant, definitely will be back and worth a visit if you are visiting Samui!
